DONER KEBAB: Sliced of top sirloin beef & Lamb marinated with our secret blend of seasoning, then topped onto a
rotating spin, thinly sliced after fire cooked slowly. Served with Rice & Bulgur.
SARAY TUPYAZ : Sautéed onion, red peppers, green peppers, herbs, tomatoes and cubes eggplant, touch of marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese then baked oven.
SAUTEED OKRA (Bamya) : Sautéed Okra with onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic and herbs topped with tomato sauce
FALAFEL DINNER : Ground chickpeas and vegetables blended with Middle Eastern spices, then deep fried.
ZUCCHINI MUJVER (Fried Zucchini Patties) : Fresh Zucchini, cheese, parsley, carrot, egg and spice pan seared topped
with cacik sauce, served with salad.
ADANA KEBAB: Ground lamb blended with red bell peppers then grilled on skewers . Served with Rice & Bulgur.
KOFTE KEBAB : Ground beef seasoned with onions, garlic and parsley, then grilled. Served with Rice & Bulgur.
ISKENDER KEBAB: Doner Kebab served over crunchy home made pita bread, topped with our tomato sauce and a
touch of melted Turkish butter served with home-made yogurt, grilled pepper & tomato.
CARDAK KEBAB: Slowly baked lamb blended with vegetables and seasonings, wrapped in filo dough then deep fried
topped with garlic yogurt, served with garnish and rice.
CHICKEN KOFTE : Ground mixture of chicken seasoned and blended with garlic and parsley then grilled to perfection.
CHICKEN SHISH : Chunks of chicken breast marinated in our special sauce then grilled on skewers to tenderness.
CHICKEN ADANA: Chicken breast chopped with red bell peppers, garlic and seasonings then grilled on skewers.
