Official Rules: All grand prize winning plays are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions whose decisions are final and binding. A contestant is not a winner of a grand prize, even if the visual display or prize receipt should so indicate, unless the odds established by the intended parameters of the promotion are beaten, as solely determined by the preselected winning number(s) contained within the sealed security envelope and memory logs of the promotion software, and the winning play did not occur as a result of any other scenario including but not limited to human error, software error, or machine malfunction. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of the client or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any reimbursable prize within. Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by the client and Odds On Promotions for promotional purposes without further compensation. Stop by the Roses Mill office during our regular lobby business hours and select a six-digit code for a free entry into “Crack the Code” sweepstakes. An entrant must guess a preselected six-digit winning number in exact sequence to qualify for the prize. Chance of winning is one in one million. An entrant who wins in accordance with these Official Rules will be awarded $50,000 in cash. Only one prize may be awarded. The sweepstakes begins on the opening of business at our Roses Mill office on August 29, 2023 and ends on the close of business on September 25, 2023 or if the prize is won on the winning date, whichever comes first. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are deemed final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes including the awarding of the prize. A purchase of bank services is not necessary and does not improve your chances of winning. Open to all US Residents 18 years or older. There is a limit of one entry per eligible person, per business day of our Roses Mill office. Bank employees and their immediate families are ineligible. Bank reserves the right to publicize winners. All federal, state, local and other tax obligations arising from the Sweepstakes are sole responsibility of the winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants and winner agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, employees, and trustees from any liability, claims, losses and damages arising out of their participation and acceptance, use or misuse of the prize received in this sweepstakes.
