Vendor Application

All applications will be reviewed by the committee prior to acceptance.

Please note: There is no electricity available. All vendors will be provided a 10x10 space. Set-up will begin for vendors at 8:30 a.m. We request that vendors do not breakdown prior to the fair closing of 3:00 p.m.

Price for Table:

Milford/West Haven Chamber Member - $50

Non-Chamber Member - $100

Vendor Contract

The Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce and Vendor hereby agree to the following:

Vendor will rent a space at Old Grove park in West Haven on June 1, 2024.

Set-up will be between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. with tear-down after 3:00 p.m.

Vendor Fee is $50 for Chamber members and $100 for non-Chamber members (Milford and West Haven) and must be paid by May 24th to hold your spot.

All vendors will need to provide their own table and chairs. You are free to bring your own tent, table, and anything else you require. Tents may be staked. Please be sure that your set-up fits in the 10x10 allotted space. If you need special accommodations, please indicate in the box provided above, and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

Location of vendors will be decided upon by the Health & Wellness Committee. There will be a limit on the number of individual vendors of the same type (i.e. Chiropractor, Home Care, etc.).

The Vendor agrees to abide by the Chamber Event guidelines:

  • The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her table.
  • The Vendor attests that all his/her products can be legally sold by State and Federal laws.
  • The Vendor will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the city/state.
  • The Vendor is responsible for collecting their own fees and charging for and reporting sales & use taxes when applicable.
  • Services can be provided by the Vendor, pending approval by the Chamber. Please describe any services you plan on providing.

The Milford Chamber Committee is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes. Please submit this completed vendor information form. An invoice for payment will be sent upon approval of your application.

All applications will be reviewed by the committee. We are limiting any one type of vendor to ensure a good mix and fairness to each vendor. Once your application has been approved, you will be sent a link for payment. Payment must be received by May 24th to hold your spot.
