Starting May 6, 2025, high school seniors will step out of the classroom and into the real world, dedicating a minimum of 90 hours over four weeks at local internship sites. This program is a unique chance for businesses to:

- Provide mentorship to students exploring careers in your field.
- Contribute to the community by preparing future leaders and workforce members.
As a Site Sponsor, You’ll:
- Gain fresh ideas and youthful energy in your workplace.
- Engage in opportunities to showcase your expertise and build connections with talented students.
- Verify the student’s hours (minimum of 90 hours and maximum of 120).
- Complete two brief evaluations during the program.
- Set clear expectations and offer meaningful feedback.
