The Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the City of Milford and community volunteers, is pleased to introduce the “Welcome Squad”.
In the coming weeks, a “Welcome to Milford” letter will be sent to all newcomers to Milford from Mayor Tony Giannattasio and the City Hall with an offer to have a Welcome Packet dropped off at their residency by our volunteer members of the Welcome Squad Committee. The Welcome Packet will include a directory of Milford businesses, community information and events, and discount offers from Milford Business. We are asking Milford businesses to submit an offer to be included in the packet.
We would love for your business to be included in the Welcome Packet to welcome our new residents in Milford. This is a great opportunity to offer your goods and services to potential customers.
Guidelines:
- Per the Welcome Squad Committee, we cannot accept offers from businesses that have age restrictions for their products. This includes but is not limited to: Liquor/Wine/Spirit stores, Smoke Shops, Adult Entertainment Stores, and Gun Stores. The selection of the business coupon/offer submission by the committee will be based on factors such as the value of the offer and the number of submissions from one category of business.
- The business should be primarily Milford-based.
- The business does not need to be Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce members.
- The offer can have No Expiration or December 31, 2025.
- Examples might include.
- 1 Free Haircut
- 10% off Plumbing services for 1st time Plumbing Customers
- 10% off a meal at a restaurant (excluding liquor).
We encourage you to submit an offer for our new Milford residents to make them feel welcome and at home.
